TERMS & CONDITIONS & RULES OF USE
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the rights and obligations between Silent Success Society (“SSS”) and the customer when purchasing digital products through our platform.

Products
The products sold are digital content, including but not limited to:
- E-books
- PDF guides
- Online courses
- Checklists
- Videos
All products are delivered electronically.
Orders and Contract Formation
- A purchase contract is formed when the order is confirmed and payment is received.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
Price and Payment
- Prices are displayed with each product.
- Payments are made via secure online payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, or other).
Delivery of Digital Content
Digital products are delivered:
- via email,
- via immediate download, or
- via access to a members-only area.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Customers explicitly agree to the immediate access of digital content prior to the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that they lose the right to cancel the order once the content is accessed.
- Refunds are only provided in case of technical defects or inaccessible content.
Complaints
- Complaints can only be made in case of technical issues or failure to deliver content.
- Complaints should be sent via email within 14 days of purchase.
- SSS will address complaints promptly.
Rules of Use – Digital Content
- License Grant – By purchasing a digital product, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content. The scope of permitted use (e.g. personal use only, social media posting, commercial use) is defined individually for each product and stated in the product description.
- Permitted Use (If explicitly stated) – If explicitly stated in the product description, the customer may use the content as-is, post the content on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), use the content for personal or commercial purposes.
- Restrictions – Unless explicitly permitted in the product description, the customer may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the content, claim the content as their own intellectual property, offer the content as a standalone product or part of another product.
- Ownership – All intellectual property rights remain with Silent Success Society or the original content creator. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership.
- Liability – Digital content is provided “as is”. SSS is not responsible for how the customer uses the content beyond the granted license.
Liability & Use
- Products are provided “as-is.”
- SSS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the content.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms when using the content.
Changes
- SSS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Using the website and content constitutes agreement with these terms.
